barbeque perfection takes time
Barbeque takes time. Our ribs cook at least 3 hours to get that perfect fall off the bone tenderness. Our brisket can take as long as 10 hours! We don't rush it. We want it perfect every time. So when you take a bite of that Happy Heifer, remember, that is hours of cooking and years of experience in that one bite.
